Schedules from areas and from parameters

pablo39YT3_1-1637777953582.png

Hi

I need to create 4 schedules.

1.- has to have the totals of the sq/m by areas but in some cases some of the areas repeat so the number need to be added up to the same table by area.

2.-I need a schedule of the number of fixtures by area. E.g area 1 – 3 tables, area 2 – 1 table, area 3 – 5 tables.

3.- So this is a sports store and some of the fixtures calculate numbers of pairs depending on the size of the fixture. So some fixture are the same but can show that they have “X” amount of shoes depending on the size. I need a schedule that shows the number of shoes per area.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you lovely community

Hello!

Here's an option to work this around, but I'm not sure if it's applicable to the particular project. You can recreate the plan division using rooms and room separation lines. This will help with getting fixtures location by adding room calculation point.

As to the schedules:

1: A simple room schedule with grouping by name and area calculation will do;

2: Add a room calculation point to your fixture families; create fixture (furniture) schedule, add "Room: Name" and "Count" parameter, group by former, add "calculate totals" for the latter;

3: A shared parameter for shoes number would be helpful. You can then add it to both family and the copy of previous schedule.

Hope this will be helpful.

Best regards, Ilia
