Hi,
Im working on an area schedule of an apartment building for a sales document.
I need the calculated and grand totals to include some hidden rows in the schedule that can not be visible.
Is this possible?

What method did you use to hide certain rows?
Filtering? If so, the info is not being reported in the Schedule at all and therefore cannot be quantified. So, I guess the question is how to quantify something that is not there. Do you understand you correctly? If yes, that's a real brain-twister.
Thanks for the Help.
I tried to read up and play around with conditional Formatting to mask the row but couldn't get it to work.
could you explain how this should be done.
Here is an example to mask the cell with MARK = E2.1. You would repeat the same condition format for other columns to mask the entire row.
I understand that it is not very intuitive and very time consuming. Another way is using a masking region to cover part of the schedule on sheet.
Managed to get it to work.
Easiest way, i think would be to use a masking region on the sheet as mentioned.
Thank you both again for the help.
