if I copy a split segment of the schedule in multiple views in Revit and if I modify any segment it affects all segments in all views. Is it the way Revit schedule works or there is a problem?
Yes that's how Revit works. You might want to duplicate the schedule to alter the segments, or use a mass to cover a part if the schedule placed on sheet.
