Schedule shows mixed font sizes

All my schedules use the same template and the title uses 1/8"and the header and body use 1/16". and it works for all schedules except this one where Revit decides to show some body columns in what looks like 3/32 and some in 1/16. I have no idea how to even do that if I wanted it to look that way.

What could be causing this? I quickly re-created this schedule from scratch (the lower one) and that looks like expected. So the problem is gone now. but i also have some very complex schedules that are harder to re-create. Are there settings that could cause this?

You can highlight all columns (or the ones with odd font) and use Reset button.  That is also how they got overridden.

Thanks. I didn't know about the reset (or overriding).

I had to set the "view template" to "none" to un-gray the reset button.
