I’ve created a GIA areas schedule and named all my apartments. I’ve created different kitchen type families using casework and loaded them in. i now need to schedule the kitchens so that I can provide a kitchen count for each type along with the associated apartment number so the contractor knows which kitchen goes with which apartment. I just can’t get the schedule to do it, am I wasting my time or is this possible
If you added rooms to your appartments then you should be able to schedule your kitchen casework.
In your casework schedule you can pull the room information

Thanks for the reply, i need the schedule to reference by apartment number not room.
I have created GIA areas plans and named the apartments and i now want to use that name in a schedule for kitchens.

Option 1.
Crate a shared parameter, name it appropriately and select if it's text, number...
Open each casework family and add it to it, as an instance.
Select all casework element in a given apartment and name it.
Sort by apartment in schedule.
Option 2.
Create rooms schedule (It won't be by rooms).
Add another parameter, which will be for apartments.
Embed casework schedule in it.
Manually fill in apartment names in the schedule.
Hide room names field.
Filter by room name so you're left with only the rooms that you need.
