I am currently working on updating my schedules.
For my timber faming I have made my own familiy which contains a wooden column with the possibility of slanted top-edges. Therefor I have inserted a Length parameter.
I have made a schedule which contains 2 columns....
1. the length of the standard wooden columns (field is called Cutlength)
2. the length of the slanted columns (field is called lengteschuineregel)
What I would like to do:
1. make a new Length column which contains the lengthe of the standard or slanted columns.
What I have done:
1. In Schedule Properties I inserted a new calculated parameter called TOTAL
2. selected FORMULA
3. selected Discipline: Common
4. selected Type: Length
5. Formula: IF(Cutlength>0,Cutlength,lengteschuineregel)
The result is.......
In the column TOTAL the only values I see is the Cutlength (as suspected at the standard columns) or it is blank where it should have put the length of the slanted columns....

Is the Calculated Parameter set to "Calculate Totals" under the Formatting Tab?
