Schedule - grouping according to room name

Hi. 

I need to create a schedule with the number of families according to the room where they are located.

Go to Fields tab, open drop down list and choose Rooms, add Room Number and Room Name, and go to Sorting/Grouping tab and use one of the Room field to sort/group the schedule.
