Schedule Formatting and totals

I am trying to format a building area schedule so there is a space between the last group total square footage and the final grand total.  The other part is how is it possible to have the footer titled separately than the header for the same group, I haven't found a way to do this and I think it is impossible since it reads the same category.  Here is an image of what I am trying to do, the blue line is where I need to add a space in the schedule.

Check Footer beneath your sorting category under Sorting/Grouping.

The footer is already checked, that is how I am seeing the two separate totals, one for Mall and one for Anchor, I am trying to get a space between the last footer, in this case Anchor, and the Grand Total.  I haven't found a way to do it yet and from everything I have seen it may not be possible.
