Schedule appearance/shape

Hi there,
I am fairly new to Revit, sort of learning on the go...so bear with me.
I used the schedule tool to create my general notes that I would like to have in different views, and ideally easy to revise it if necessary. I though it was a good idea as it seems to work perfectly for it although it is not really a schedule.
Now my problem is that I need to have those 'notes' in different shape/formats - in some views they need to be in landscape and some in portrait format. Is that at all possible?
If not what would be the best way to have the general notes repeating in most views and in a way I can adapt the shape of it to suit each view?

Hope it is clear.

If you are talking about Revit schedules you can rotate them when placed on a sheet (90 degrees only).

If you want to change them (e.g different columns, sorting) then you would need to duplicate the schedule and make the modifications.

You can try keynoting. This allows certain text to appear in the view if there is keynoting tag associate with it. However it is limited to two parameters and not very useful if you want to add third column.

Other method you can try is use generic annotation and use Noteblock schedule to create your list. This is the most flexible way to add parameters to your general notes.

If you want to keep it within the model object, you can use schedule key to generate your general notes. This allows you to add multiple rows. You can add and delete row easily.

Hi @Leticia_Campanelli

If you are not looking to use smart tags, you could do a few different things.

You could use Legend View, as they can be on several different sheets, you cannot rotate these, but you could have one for landscape and one for portrait. This is the option I have used in the past for general notes.

You could also embed them in the title block family and have a parameter that will drive which one you would have turned on or off, this will not work that well though if they are going to be on different places on the sheets.
