Schedule apartment types by floors

Hello,

I'm trying to create a schedule that would summarise the apartment types. This would make our client's life easier.

I'm attaching a picture to clarify my intentions.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm struggling with the apartment types counts.

Thank you very much

Yes it can be done easily with Room or Area schedule, depends on what you use to define apartments in the model.

Thank you for your reply,

I don't have a project to show you at the moment since I'm creating a template that would suit the office's future needs.

Could you please explain how to manage the columns to me?

Much appreciated and thank you for your time

I can if you share a sample model with some apartments.

Thank you! I'll create an example and link it here if it's ok with you.

It won't be a real project but I believe it will suit our needs.

Can we combine 1BR-A + 1 BR-B = 1 BR?

I would use 1 BR for name and A or B as Comments.

The schedule you attached is exactly what I'm looking for.

I would like to have unit types on columns and levels on rows if possible.

Thanks

I have units #, area and ADA requirements in the schedule, but not able to switch the row/column of the matrix. Like to see that happen, not feeling it is necessary.
