Saving files from Revit Online Trial

I have a free online trial of Revit and am trying to save the file i have created. Revit Online will only allow me to save it to the cloud. when i go to files on my computer i cannot find it so i downloaded Autodesk 30 in a attempt to retrieve from the cloud. I cannot find it there either. I searched for resoultions online and most blogs said i simply needed autodesk 360. Am i missing something? I even downloaded the regular subscription to Revit thinking i would be able to save t normally but the file still does not show up anywhere.

Been there and tried that. Maybe sme pictures and such of where to go would be helpful. I signed up for 360 and played around with it for over 2 hours trying to upload the file that cannot be found.

Can you please confirm the web address where you are trying to locate your Revit files created in the online Trial?

I am having the same problem. Renaming the file seemed to help but now that isn't working. Is there a human I could talk to on the phone/skype?
