Saved project file not showing up on different computer

I have a saved project (.rvt) on an account but it will not appear on any other computer. I have logged into the same account and still nothing will show up. (Can't access any project saved on one computer and access it from another) Is there anything I can do?

Where is the file saved?

On the PC itself? A server? Cloud-service?

If the project is saved on the PC itself, then no you probably won't be able to acces it from another pc.
