Same Wall Type with Three Difference Appearances in the Same View?

Hi,

Somebody sent me this revit model. In the 3D view the same wall type 5 1/2 Wood Stud Wall has three different looks: a flush wall, a wall with horizontal sidings, and a wall with vertical sidings. Can someone tell me how it is done? Thanks!

They are painted with different materials.
