Hi @j.boonen,
I decided to answer you here, too, so that other users can benefit from it. On the basis of the information sent by you I created an article describing how to proceed: All custom textures are not displayed when a Revit model is uploaded to Autodesk Viewer.
I would be grateful if my suggestions helped you and you will accept this post as a solution.
Together with @j.boonenduring the remote session, we have experienced a problem with sending a model with custom textures to Autodesk Viewer. This was caused by a special character: "é" in path to the folder containing the model and custom textures.
Note: Make sure that the path to the folder where the model and textures are located cannot contain special characters like: ä,ö, é, ü etc.
As part of the test, you can try to create a new folder in C:\<Folder Name> and change the texture paths in the opened model to that folder for example: C:\<Folder Name>\Texture1.jpg. Then upload the model to Autodesk Viewer to check.
