Rotation toggle button in Revit family

Hi 

I need to create new valves in my project. I wonder how to create rotation toggle in Revit family to rotate in their centerlines ? 

Will be helpful to send some snips or Youtube tutorial or writing step by step how to add it to family.
I tried to find something but probably I wrote something wrong word.

What category is the family set to?

• For a valve, it should be Pipe Accessory.
