Rotation goes wrong direction

If I rotate a view, it goes in the wrong direction.  For example, if I rotate it 90 degrees clockwise, it goes 90 degrees counterclockwise.
Here's the step-by-step process.  Say you have a Revit model with a linked arch plan.  You create a new floor plan, and then in properties, select Crop View, Crop Region Visible, and Annotation Crop.   Select the view by selecting the crop regions ( the crop regions show up in blue), select "Rotate" from the Ribbon Panel, and rotate the view 90 degrees in one direction.

kindly guide me what is the best way to rotate the link model for easy working in Revit but don't want to change orientation in other views.

The view goes the opposite direction.

It's counter intuitive but it is the way it works. Think of it like rotating a window. When you rotate it so the top of the window goes left, the top of the view goes right.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Take at picture of the horizon rotated 90-degrees counter-clockwise with your iPhone.   What direction did you rotate the iPhone?

You are rotating the viewport, not the view.

As someone who in the past had rotated viewports, check with your consultants b/c doing so can somehow mess up things in their model. This might have been back in Revit 2018 but I just remember doing it and it made troubles else where.  Its far better to use the rotate view pulldown menu and re-designate the north arrow than to physically use the rotate tool to rotate the viewpoint.
