Rotated text missing the bottom of the text on print

The program has an annoying problem showing texts.
The bottom is missing on print if the text is rotated.
See attached, only resolution does not rotate.

have you tried using a different font or making the font transparent or opaque?

are you printing from a pdf?

how are you making the PDFs?

Its a known bug. I believe it was fixed in Revit 2018
