Rotate the text in a dimension

I have a large not to replace the actual dimension. It does not fit between the dimension side lines.  I want to use a leader, pull the text to the side and rotate it 90deg. is there a way inside the dimension or a work around to put the not to the side?

You need to edit dimension style

It works with only text in text above and replace text. Any way to get the test to react the same way as a note?

Not sure exactly what your question is but I did a quick test and for me the text below glitched, and other than that everything works the way expected

I was hoping for a stretchable text box but getting text horizontal is good. thank you.
