Instead of making a drafting pattern, make a model pattern. Then, all you have to do is hover an element that has a material applied to it, hit tab and select one of the pattern lines. Rotate it in any direction.

You might be able to convert it to a Model Pattern by opening the source *.pat and changing  ;%TYPE=DRAFTING to ;%TYPE=MODEL

...and then re-creating the Pattern in Revit with the revised *.pat file.  Or, just make a new Revit Pattern from it.

@barthbradley  a screenshot please.

However don't undrestand why I can't charge the family of panel correct.

I change the direction of pat and than when upload in project is the same in the wrong direction.

The panel of railing should be vertical

You need to assign Baluster Material Property to a Named Parameter in the Family and then reload it into the Project, andd then assign a Project Material to that Named Parameter.

You also need to use MODEL Patterns -- not DRAFTING Patterns.  You'll be so much happier. I promise.  Google for "Wood Grain" MODEL Hatch Patterns.  There's a bunch of different ones out there to choose from.  Here's one site with a few.
