Rotate text box using align tool
No, not just the align tool.
You can use the Rotate command if you know the angle. You can also use a detail line and group it with the text...then the Align command will "see" the line. If I have a lot of text to deal with at an angle then I get one right and copy that one over for the rest and change the text.
I find that most of the time I can just "eyeball" it with the text's rotate grip and it would be hard for anyone to tell if it wasn't aligned with the adjacent information.
