Hello,
In revit, when you choose the tool "hollow profile" (I don't know how to call it in English) it offers 2 options, either vertical profile or horizontal profile. However, I have some that are neither, they are at a certain angle. How can I do this ?
Here is a screencast of what I mean.
Thank you for your help.
Hi
If you have multiple design then create a family mentioned by @ToanDN.
and if you have just one off void / reveal cut, then you can use
"in-place"family, select the wall as the plane, create a profile, give a thickness ( Void )
Cut that void "Cut Geometry "and select the wall, so that voids cuts the wall..
Cheers!
Thanks I'll have a look and let you know.

Hello,
The revit expert in our company created a family that made a hole in the wall so that I get a hollow profile like I want. Unfortunately it has to be hand made and therefore the profile tool in Revit is useless. This should be updated in the current build.
