After installing roombook... plugin, revit started to lag between view windows.
Is there some fix?

Can you confirm if you have the latest updates installed from your Autodesk Desktop App for your Revit version?
Try repairing Revit and see if it helps resolve the issue.

Hi,
I have latest app and addin installed.
I already repaired revit, and roombook, still laggy,
I already unistalled all revit and reinstalled and still laggy.
anything that i can test more?

I'm sorry to hear about the performance lag.
If you disable the roombook extension, is Revit still slow? If it is then we have to look at your journal to investigate further.
Does the performance lag when you use the extension? or when you work in a specific project/ view?
Check if you Revit version has system requirements and hardware specs recommended by Autodesk for best performance.

Hi,
Performance lag is present only when Roombook is installed.
Now it is not (not installed). Revit performance is ok.
I use other addins. But they only were installed after confirmed the roombook causes that lag.
Is there a mail to send journal? what files do you need?

Here's an update from the team:
On parsing your journal, your Revit 2018 is not updated. You are on 2018.2 and you'll have to update to 2018.3.1 from your Autodesk Desktop App. Let me know if you have any questions on this.
Secondly, your graphics card configuration does not meet the requirement for Revit 2018 - It is not listed on the recommended hardware page. See HERE for more information
Thirdly, your physical memory is high - which contributes to the lag in Revit. If you have any other third party applications consider disabling then for improved performance. See steps in the article: Revit: Slow Performance

Same issue with Revit 2019 and Roombook:
Change between view windows is laggy.
Tested with new windows 10 pro lastest version, clean installation, Revit clean.
With only revit, view change behave correctly. After install only Roombook addin, view change is laggy.
Only way to work with revit lag free is not to install Roombook.
All other plugins and addins work correctly and lag free.
I had cliped a screen cast with and without roombook.
Please help
