Room tags not displaying

I have all my VG turned on for Room Tags and still nothing

and they are not hidden either 

and the type of tag is correct

what do I do

All categories are on for rooms (Model and Annotational)

I don't see any room tags. Are they placed? Reveal Hidden Elements.
