Room tag and walls bounding

Hello guys, I am facing a weird problem about room boundaries in my file, I just created a room tag with the formulas to have the room width and length automatically, anyway, I am having a problem recently that some rooms are not showing the exact length and width for a mysterious cause!

any way to fix that!

Here is the issue.

Is this what you did?

2 Calculated Parameters in the Tag:

Room Length: ((Perimeter / 2) - sqrt((Perimeter / 2) ^ 2 - 4 * Area)) / 2
Room Width: Area / Room Length

...if so, my guess would be that Unit Rounding is causing discrepancy.

Yes exactly, but in some cases, I am having a huge difference from the real dimensions!

for example here:

Hover over & take a snapshot to see if it's bounding at the internal wall face/ external wall face/ beam or different floor make-up causing a different grabbed area. My guess is joined geometry or something of that nature.

Well, it might be, I've tried to use a room seperator all around the room, and then it works perfectly, so what do you think is the reason behind it?

this is a picture without a room separator:

Open Room Area computation settings and set Computation to Wall Face instead of Wall Center.
