How can I sort/filter a room schedule of a floor plan with several flats/appartments, where I can group them based on the individual flat, just like in the image bellow and get grand total area of each flat bellow?

Sort the schedule using a parameter (either an existing such as number, department , etc) or a new project parameter you add...Such parameter need to be added as a hidden field in the schedule.
In the image you posted it looks like you are using Room Number...you could try use the condition Room Number Contains but it is not so practical with all the sub numbers you have
Considering the limited number of sorting fields I would group all Rooms with numbers containing A 1.1 in one department X and all rooms with number containing A 1.2 in a department Y and so on...then use Department a schedule field to sort with

If you mean split the schedule by flat, you will need to duplicate the schedule several times and add a filter to each (filter not sorting)
