Room placement

Hi All, hoping someone could help, i cannot place rooms on my First Floor no matter how i separate the rooms.  No problems on ground floor, but when i try to place on first floor no can do i keep getting the attached warning. Rooms and room tags are all turned on in visibility, for some strange reason the room separator line appears as short dash black not long dash blue, i feel this may have something to do with it. Wasted allot of time trying to figure it out hope you can help, with thanks Greg

Maybe it's related to phasing somehow? I would check filters and view range also

Thanks Zemeraloni, changed the view range and it is now visible, would never have thought view range would affect annotations so i definitely learnt something new, cheers!
