Guys, our room tag basically in two types, one reporting area one does not. I wd like to add another one that will have a bold text "no work area" on top of room name.
I tried creating label with "comments" parameter w/ yn for new type. It works, but you have to type in the word "no work area" in every room tags. How can I make this parameter locked, so matching tags would be possible without typing the text ?

Why don't you make "no work area" a text annotation in the label type itself? The operative word here is "TYPE", as in Family TYPE.

If the text is static then it doesn't need to be a label. Just add the bold text above the room label with a y/n parameter to turn it on/off for different types. This works if your room label is top justified.
If your room label is center or bottom justified, then hit back for more information.
With that said, I reckon that using Comments is a good idea, more BIM oriented, because the information does belong to the rooms, not just the tags. You can select multiple rooms and give them the No work area value at once. You can also create color schemes / schedules based on this information. It is more flexible in case you need some rooms with a different Comment such as 'NO HORSING AROUND AREA', 'NO FUN AREA', etc...
