Room Floor Area from Schedule

I have my added columns for Occupancy Classifications and their respective Code Factors to my Room Schedule so that I can calculate the occupancy capacity for each room. The area being calculated by the schedule however is the net for the individual rooms, but I would like the area to be calculated at the wall centerline instead of face for certain classifications. Can I do this with a setting within the Schedule, or do I need to create an Area plan to get this info?

Not from the schedule. You have to apply that setting to the project by doing: Architecture tab > Room and Area panel > Area and volume computation > Room area computation > At wall center.

Once you make that setting change though, does it transfer to the areas being calculated on the Room Schedule?

It does.  Remember this will be a global change to all Room calculations in your project.  So, if you still need certain Occupancy Classifications to be calculated using Net Area then you will need to draw Room separation lines on the interior side for such Rooms.
