Room finish

Hey.

I can't figure out what base finish is, in rooms propertise.

I know what floor wall and ceiling finish means. 

But cant figure out what base is, any help??

It means the wall base--vinyl, wood, etc. at the bottom of the wall where it meets the floor.

It is typically applied as a sweep--either "built-in" to the wall type, or manually applied as a sweep.

The Material and Profile can be set for the type of base you are using.

I don't get it.

If you see the picture there is the list from revit.

Can you send a picture of what it is?
