Room Finish Schedule with Multiple Wall Tags HELP

I have been trying to create a room tag that shows the room finishes and within this tag it also shows N, S, E, W wall finishes that I can edit separately for each room. I will link a photo of what I am trying to accomplish. I have been having two issues while trying to create this. 

Issue 1) The room tag gives me the option to type in the wall finishes but if I do that, it will change all the walls to the same finish when I'm wanting four different wall finishes. (I'm assuming this has something to do with a parameters issue?) I have a room finish legend and changing it on there and on the Identity Data regions, it still won't smart tag. 

Issue 2) I have tried several different methods and with this method I create new parameters for each all but each tag is a question mark and I am unable to even click into the finish to change anything. 

I would love some input and have tried so many options that I'm starting to think it's not possible?

You would need to create 4 sets of finish parameters. 

Maybe take a look at Roombook extension and see if you can use it to get the actual finishes from the model for each room.

I have created each wall as it's own custom parameter. I may just have to end up making them a dummy tag I think
