Room export

I have modelled a building of 7 storeys + basement on revit, and i want to export its rooms to IES Virtual environment, but i am facing a problem in it, There is a central lobby in that building having an open to sky Hole, If i make that lobby a room than the edges of the open to sky hole will be imported as an opaque element having height same as that of room, how can import it in IESVE. I have also uploaded a screenshot of a floor  with the central lobby highlighted. It may help you in understanding the question.

Why don't you create the Rooms as actual geometry, such as 3D Mass Solid Forms?

- Add a new phase after the latest phase

- Set the sky hole room boundary lines to be demolished in that phase

- Copy all rooms in the previous phase and paste aligned to this new phase

- Export from this new phase
