Hello community !
Me and my team are working on a medium-size project, where we have linked a structural model into an architectural model. Some time ago we started getting an error about the room computations (Snapshot 1) everytime we open Revit. I tried to further examine the problem and noticed that the linked structural model is indeed one of the problems because the columns persist in majority of the room boundings (Snapshot 2). The link is also set to room bounding. Any idea how to clear out this error ? I've tried looking into Revit Journals to find which are the problematic elements in the linked model but the data in the journal only shows the elements in the main architectural model and the ID of the whole linked model. Any idea how to get around this error because it is blocking us of completing some of our scripts for pushing Data into the elements inside the room (ceilings, etc.) ?

This is a new error for me. I would try moving those walls then moving them back to see if that effects it. Also try modeling room separation lines perpendicular to the walls to see if it is the entire wall or some join condition. Often clipping the corner of a room with a separation line can resolve issues, then you know it is a join condition.
If not try to remove the wall and place a new one in it's location, could somehow be corrupt. Make sure to get any hosted elements as well, I usually move the old place a new then find a new host for the elements that were hosted. Also make sure to let MEP team members know you had to do this.
