room color scheme not showing

Not sure why, but my room color fill scheme does not show up.  I tried removing the floor as one thread suggested, but that did not help.  What do I need to do?  I have it working on other projects, I must have some setting off...

Turn on Rooms > Color Fill

Is Color Scheme selected in the View Template the View is using. I'm guessing not.

rooms > color fill is on.  It's not over-ridden either...

The color scheme is selected in the view template...

i can see the blue X when I hover over the room.  It's base and top are 0' and 8', so it should be in the view range

I do get this issue from time to time. What I did was remove the color scheme and reapply the color scheme the second time to make it show up.

I discovered an opaque filled region covering the entire plan 😝

Ahhh! The ol' "opaque filled region covering the entire plan" issue.  I've seen a couple of shows on the History Channel about it.  I never believed it actually existed.  😉

So many efforts in the last hour to get color fills to show, and that one little checkbox was the issue. Thank you for sharing this solution!

I was having the same issue, turns out to be the room was not an enclosed space.....Just a tiny gap where my walls were not intersecting.
