Working how?  It's extents/location? Open the Family and reposition it.

I'm still unclear.  To Room and From Room are what is reported. Not swing side of Door.

Yes.  To Room and From Room but change room WITHOUT changing to door swing.

Open Family, select the RCP and press the Spacebar.

I strongly advise against tuning on Room Calculation point for doors.  If you do that, every time you change the door swing it changes the room.  We change Room From and Room To via schedule, not via door swing direction.

Then how would you calculate this door?

That door doesn't need its room calculation point to be turned on and it should still recognize room to and room from.

What @ToanDN means (I believe) is this:

If you have either the From: Room or the To: Room in your schedule you can swap out the associated rooms via the pulldown in the schedule.

OK.  how do I do this, wanting to keep the door swing OUT and keep the door associated with AV Studio?

If I change to the TO, it also changes the swing.

Turn Off Room Calculation point in the door family.

Did you turn off the room calculation point in the family as @ToanDN has mentioned a couple of times?
With Room Calculation point turned on in a door or window family the to/from rooms are tied to which way the swing is flipped.
With room calculation point turned off in a door or window family the to/from room is independent of the swing and can be exchanged without altering the door swing.
