Room / Area not fill whole space

Hi.

During the project, my colleague pointed out a small problem with the room / area.

The problem is that we have the main room and in this room we have a corridor. Height of Room is approx. 4m and corridor is 2.2m.

Am I able to somehow let room (or areas as we expect our MEP specialists are going to work afterwards) to fill whole space?

We tried to solve it as easily as possible. First option is to have 2 rooms. One room from Level 1 to Level 2 and second from ceiling of Corridor to Level 2. In Floor plans I would see Room 1A & Room 1B for example

Second option is to change "Computation Height" but I don't want to change it for whole Level as other rooms are up to 2.2m and this is only room with height bigger than 2.2m

Set room computation to area + volume then  place the room in the level above, then go to the section and drag the bottom of the room down.

Or remove the check mark for Room Bounding for this wall / walls:

Select Level 1 in Elevation and input a Computational  Height.
