Sure. You could use and divide parts.

Hello

You can use two tools in Modify ribbon in Revit.

1. Parts - To create different parts of the roof.

2. Assembly - To create drawings and sheets.

Thank you guys. This tool is fantastic and just what i need to produce shop drawings. However, I still have a question for you. When I placed the different views on a sheet I noticed that the plan view is not exactly the real dimension of the roof part but the plan projection of the roof piece. Is there anyway I can get the real dimension of the roof piece and not its plan projection of that piece?

Yes. Go to an assembly section view and cut another section parallel to the roof plane.

Guys one more question regarding this issue.

Is there anyway to separate the roof in slabs when converting in parts? I converted a hip roof to parts but the whole roof remains on part. I would like to have each triangle to be its own part.

thanks

You just need to slice the part to smaller parts.
