roof slope with same direction but different steepness

Hello everybody

First of all, apologises If this is a very easy question or it has been answered before, I have tried to fix it watching tutorials and previously asked questions but I am not succeeding.

I want to get these kind of roof:

which has a first slope to one direction, and then the slope of the other direction changes its steepness in the middle.

I tried to do it using three different roofs, but I can't seem to merge them quite right.

I tried slop arrows, but it doesn't allow me to even create the roof.

Any suggestions? Thank you

Try roof by extrusion and then cut it to desired shape with a void or vertical opening tool.

Several ways:

1. Roof by extrusion and cut with a void to get the angle
2. Create a mass and use Roof by face.
3. One gable roof and one sash roof. Join.
4. One roof with combination of roof slope and slope arrows may be doable.
But I need to make sure when I have the computer.

I'll add another method tho the list of suggestions here: Do this roof as a floor and then use Modify Sub Elements to "shape" it.

Carl, this roof is similar to what is referred to as a "Gambrel Roof". Google that term and you should find some helpful video tutorials.

Good luck.
