Roof Pitch

Hi can anyone help with the below images 

I am trying to model a roof half hip roof but cant get the pitch to start in the corner like the one in the photo

Use 2 Roofs then join geometry...

Thanks not sure why I didn’t think of doing it that way. I was trying to do it as one whole roof
