While in sketch mode of the roof, assuming this is a single roof, there is an "Align Eves" tool, this will show the value of the sketch lines and their offset to the associated level. You can simply select one you like and then click the other sketch lines you want to adjust. Note: there is an option to adjust overhang or height. I would suggest using the height option.

if they are two separate roofs then simply move one in the elevation view.

This are two individual roofs

Then simply use the move command on one of the roofs and move it up/down to the desire location, which adjusts the "Base Offset from Level" value.

I would guess then you used the pick walls for one sketch line and drew the other. In this case the slope goes from the wall while the other comes from the sketch location.

I think I get it. The eaves align on one side but not the other. I would guess then you used the pick walls for one sketch line and drew the other. In this case the slope goes from the wall while the other comes from the sketch location. or you have different overhangs when the pick wall option is used. If that is the case then find the difference (dimension in an elevation) add the difference to the individual sketch line property "Offset From Roof Base".

While in sketch mode there are two options, Pick Walls or Draw lines. The slope reacts different depending on how the sketch line was created. This could be the reason the eaves don't align. Play with these and see what I mean in a section.

To resolve your issued you can edit the foot print of the roof and adjust individual sketch lines, via the "Offset From Roof Base" value to change the height of any eave.

One side of Eave height is 8’3”
And another side of Eave height is 8’4.5” in elevation

Are those 2 roofs? Same plate height for both? I have a theory about why the eaves are offset one another. One roof was defined with an Overhang (e.g. you used the Pick Wall tool) and the other roof was defined with an Offset (e.g. you use Pick Line or one of the other tools).

If they are 2 roofs, simply align the eaves in Elevation.
