Ribbon bar appears black after switching between programs

Hey all,

it's my first topic in this forum, even if i'm using Autodesk products since a long time.. 

 

I've just installed a trial version of Revit 2015 on my new laptop, and during the process all gone fine..

But now i notice that each time i switch programs, the ribbon bar appears black (view the photo) and only after my mouse has slide on it, it's reappear.... 

 

I don't know what to do, it could be a driver/plug in/dunno problem?

have you installed latest update release?

I've just installed the last update, but the problem is still there..

Moderator can move it, but the faster way is for you to just post the exactly the same post on that forum. So, Copy/Paste it there (open a new topic there).

Exacty how you put it on this forum.

 

Maybe you didn't notice but your user credentials work on all Autodesk forums.

Hello!

I am using Revit 2018.3 at the College. I found a temporary solution to this while doing some research on various sources. So far it has worked well with no hassle *knock on wood*

 

From the desktop right click on the Revit icon, and go to properties. 

Navigate to Compatibility, and click on "Change high DPI settings".

In there is a checkbox at the bottom that says "Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by application."

 

Since checking off this box I haven't had an issue since (its been a little over a week now)
