Critical Revit2019 crash when uploading from Bim 360. No error warnings, No saving possibility

Have you tried installing the latest hotfix for 2019? Autodesk released the latest hotfix a little over a month ago that apparently contains critical bug fixes. Having said that, we have had problems with 2019 as well and unfortunately the latest hotfix has not resolved that problem.
