Hi, this is a known issue caused by a windows update, we have made some improvements to later versions of Revit to avoid this. If you change your default printer to the XPS driver that is shipped with windows your print dialog should work properly. Once you are in a functional print dialog you should be able to use any driver to print. Most other printers won't have this issue either, so can try other PDF drivers too, but XPS will work.
