Revit workshared file is not stable.

Hi, I worked on a worksharing Revit file recently. But I found it is not stable, especially compared with the non-worksharing file. For example, I changed the dimension or some detail lines, ect., and I saved the file afterwards. But the next day, when I saw the same drawing, it turned to be unchanged. And it also went wrong with the linked CAD file, the file cannot be shown properly. I searched for the answers, sometimes it worked, but some answers don't work out. But it didn't occur to me when I worked on the non-shared file. Besides, I worked on the Revit 2020. I don't know if the new version works better.

  • Where is it workshared, on the Local Server/Network or on the Cloud?
  • Where you working on a local copy or the central when the work was not updated?
  • Are the Local and the Central using the same version/build? Both need to be matching and preferably the latest
  • Did u use sync after the changes?
  • Do you have read and write permission to the folder where the central is saved?
