Im working in Revit LT 2019. I created a new project two days ago.. and saved it. Tonight, I am planning of continuing that drawing but Revit is telling me that since it was last saved in a version prior to 8.1, that Revit LT cannot open it. I dont think they know what theyre talking about.
So my drawing seems to be inaccessible?????? anybody ever see this?
I think this may relate to your PDF problem. Something wacky is going on.
Ive had the PDF problem from day 1... its intermittent. This is new.. not a huge problem for this project as I also have an earlier version of the file minus a few changes we made.. It concerns me only if this happens to one of my larger projects.. that would not be good. Just got off the phone with my Revit rep... he has never seen this before.
Can you post a screenshot of the full "Cannot Open" message? I gotta see this.

# 10 year challenge #
Update your Revit 2019 LT to the latest build.
real wierd... I went back into the file folder to try again, only this time the name of the file had changed. The file now has this wording in the middle of the file name, in parentheses.. (George Hobel's conflicted copy).rfa I did not add that to the file name. so I clicked it, and it opened.... go figure, gremlins.
