I keep getting this error when i go to add a new revision to my model. I dont really understand how this is possible as revisions are per sheet?

any help is welcome!

Can you expand Error 1?  Have you audited the model?

I've been able to reproduce this error by creating a customized numbering sequence such that there would be duplication (e.g. start one sequence at 1, and the other at 2).

Attaching sample (2022) model for review. To reproduce the error with the model, try to change the numbering sequence for any of the revision sequences 3-11 from Numeric to Numeric 2.

@Anonymous when expanding the Error1 item check the mentioned revision sequences to see if they are using the same numbering sequence (and if not try setting them to be the same (to see if that clears the error).

Hi Amy and all, do you have a solution for this?

Hi
I had the same issue and found a trick how to solve it.

You just need to add put a Space before your Prefix.

Thanks ssardari

We solved it by keeping all revisions with the same (2) number of digits (01, 02, 03...10, 11, 12 rather than 1, 2, 3...10, 11, 12)
