I have a standard RVT file that I created myself and I'm trying to share it with a colleague but when they try opening the file in View, it indicates that there's an 'Error' in the file; do I need to format the RVT prior to allowing someone to view it? If not, what might be the problem?

Although some of Revit's error messages are a bit vague, sometimes the information you need is in the message.
Did you read the error message?
Hi @Anonymous
Can you send us a screenshot of this error?
