revit tutorial module five documentation for arch design: create, edit, delete room- how does one determine the boundary of the room finish schedule room?

question:

has any 1 faced the subject error, for it is not discussed in the video tutorial.

the room finish schedule is different though the nurse station is supposed to have IDENTIFIABLE BOUNDARY, to match schedule finish room area, but it does not. so the question is how does one determine the boundary of the room finish schedule room?

here is the room finish schedule, where there is 124 s.f.

but the boundary area is not enclosed in the nursing station,

It is determined by the bounding elements (ie: walls or room separators). From the way it looks like, Nurse Station 1008 seems to be missing a wall or a room separator.

You should also look at all those rooms which are Redundant or Not Enclosed...Example:

Notice the Nurse station 1015 which says redundant? that is due to missing bounding elements...From the architecture Tab Use Room Separators and add in the locations highlighted below
