Hi All
I am a freelance Civil Engineer but also do architectural building control Drawings
I have approx 20-25years experience using AutoCAD and I use 90% of it from 2d drafting, 3d modeling, Parametric & Dynamic block, Custom fields and Lisps. I also use Solidworks.
I am 70% through Lynda.com training for Revit 2018 Essentials training, I will "hopefully" be moving to Revit after my holidays in July, I want to have it setup with the knowledge and modifications required to be productive. "I will be modelling every thing from window head, cills, cavity trays etc...,
Sorry for the above but this is where I have come from, my question is, What should I train with next IE Structural Essentials, advanced modeling, Family creations etc.
All advice will be greatly appreciated.

Wow CJ... that's quite a resume. When you get where your going, tell them I'm on my way...but it's going to be a while.
I am thinking of doing the "family creating next" then "Dynamo". Will be going for 2 weeks holidays in July and I intend to finalise details then and start producing after this.
As for Autocad I can produce most house section without physically drawing a line and I cad a floor plan with only drawing the cavity walls, everything is completed with either Dynamic blocks, Parametric Blocks or Lisps..
I keep you updated lol.. "Some of my lisps are over 20years old lol.
An intelligent lazy man will always find the easiest & quickest way of doing things.
'Content (ie Families) Creation' would be a great one for you, from what you've said.
