Revit to IFC export- create my own user defined property set

Hi, I am making my own property set in the user defined text file. 

I do not know how can I prepare the property list of families/doors/windows into my property set. would you please help me in this case?

here is my text file :

it works for all floors/walls/stairs etc. but not for families/doors/windows. I tried to put T(type) insted of I(instant) in the text file but still does not work.
