Hi, 

is it possible to export revit file to cad with colors that are seen in realistic view?

unfortunately not. You can export just the shaded views

I'm not sure if any of this is possible in Revit 2022 but I know in earlier versions we're not able to

Realistic view? Open the view, right click on the view in the browser, Save to Project as Image, it will create a new view under Rendering category in the browser, export that view to DWG.

AutoCAD used to have FBX import and it was removed in AutoCAD 2019. Your current option is to export Revit model as NWC/NWD using extension plugin. Click on the link

https://www.autodesk.ca/en/products/navisworks/3d-viewers

 

Then in AutoCAD, you attached it as Coordination model.

This will preserve the material.
